🔒 Returns & Exchanges
At KRANSHAY, every product is crafted with precision and care. We maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item or size sent by us). Requests for change of mind, size issues (if correct size delivered), or minor color/texture variations are not accepted.
⏱️ Request Window
All requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
📸 Proof Required
A clear unboxing video (without cuts) along with images showing the issue is mandatory. Requests without valid proof will be rejected.
📦 Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Any signs of use will result in rejection.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products and are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit may be issued.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sales or special offers, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible.
💳 Refunds
Approved returns will be processed as store credit only. No cash or bank refunds will be provided.
🚚 Return Handling
Reverse pickup will be arranged only after approval. KRANSHAY reserves the right to reject returns after quality inspection.

KRANSHAY reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions, deny repeated or suspicious requests, and take action in case of misuse.
