Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size sent by us)

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference (if the correct size was delivered), or minor colour/texture variation.

• Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Requests raised after this window will not be accepted

To process any return request, please share:

• A clear, uncut unboxing video
• Photos clearly showing the issue

Requests without valid proof cannot be processed.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
• Signs of use will result in the request being declined

• Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect products
• Subject to stock availability — if unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

• Products purchased during special offers or sale
• Items marked as final sale

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded as Kranshay store credit, since there's no original payment instrument to reverse
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of the returned product being received and inspected
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

• Reverse pickup is arranged only after a return request is approved
• Kranshay reserves the right to decline a return following quality inspection

Please note: Kranshay reserves the right to decline any return request that doesn't meet the conditions above, and to refuse repeated or suspicious requests where misuse is suspected.
