We ship all orders via Shiprocket and Delhivery One, ensuring reliable tracking and delivery across India.

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first
• Need to correct your shipping address? Contact us within the same 6-hour window. Once an order is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible

Each order can be delivered to a single address only. If you'd like items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. We're currently unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered it, we'll notify you within 2 working days and offer either a full refund or a suitable alternative.

We currently ship across India.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Courier partner issues
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
• Remote location delivery constraints

KRANSHAY is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
• If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it may be cancelled without refund of shipping charges

• Reverse pickup is arranged only for approved return requests
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
